Brother Nathaniel Jones, 65th Laurel Wreath Laureate, passes on to the Chapter invisible

Today we lost a giant amongst the Brotherhood. A leader in Social Action. A leader in the Legal profession. A leader in the fight for Civil Rights and a leader in Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity.

Former federal judge, Brother Nathaniel R Jones passed on to the Chapter invisible this morning. Brother Jones was an initiate of the Beta Pi Chapter at Youngstown St University and was the 65th Laurel Wreath Laureate in Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity.

Brother Jones “was one of the greatest Civil Rights leaders this nation has ever known, having worked with Thurgood Marshall during the Brown v Board of Education case”.

Brother Jones will be missed, for to be in his presence was to be in the presence of greatness.

Please keep Brother Jones and his family in your prayers.
